SOCIO-ECONOMIC AND PROFESSIONAL PROBLEMS OF SURGEONS IN UZBEKISTAN: ANALYSIS AND SOLUTIONS

Abstract
Surgery is one of the most complex and responsible medical specialties, requiring high qualifications, stress resistance, and the ability to make critical decisions in extreme conditions. However, in Uzbekistan, surgeons face numerous socio-economic and professional challenges, including low salaries, corruption in the healthcare system, excessive workloads, a shortage of personnel, high risks of occupational diseases, and physical aggression from patients.
The purpose of this study is to analyze the existing problems faced by surgeons in Uzbekistan and explore possible solutions to address them.
